Dr. Sue was such a genuine and caring dentist! I have really bad dental anxiety, as I've had not good experiences with dentists in the past. By far Dr. Sue is the best dentist I've had.

You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the work she does. She's always sure to make sure that you are comfortable. People complaining about having to have multiple appointments to have procedures done clearly don't see how busy they are(and short staffed) and she wants to make sure that it's done properly and not rushed through so you don't have to have even more visits in the future. THANK YOU DR SUE! :)

Proved my income eligibility, set and went to appointment WITH a fractured molar......pain and terrible sinus issues..... They took and charged me 400 DOLLARS for x-rays ...then 5 minutes later told me he can't pull it for 3 MONTHS..... when the molar needed extracting the day BEFORE...left WITHOUT it's removal AND.... STILL HAD TO PAY THE $400. ...WHAT TOTAL BS.

IMPORTANT INFO MUST READ ! i’m seeing most negative reviews about dr sue whom is not here anymore! the negative reviews do NOT reflect the current state of this amazing office. i want to inform people and raise the rating because this place/team deserves it! here’s why: the new dentist, dr rifilato, is AMAZING! she is patient, kind, personable, professional- a quality dentist. i feel extremely lucky to be her patient.

she makes coming to the dentist fun and enjoyable (seriously i am excited to go) and i trust her 100%. the dental hygienists and assistants are also amazing- everyone is so kind, friendly and personable. you can tell everyone in the office gets along, always good vibes and laughs!! office is clean, modern, and they have NEVER been late seating me for my appointment! i am in and out so quick, barely ever waiting.

i have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentists office. they have up to date dental equipment, and even did a 360 x-ray, super fancy! highly recommend to anyone wondering if they should be a patient at this office!

Terrible experience here. They absolutely price gouge, because they know most of their customers will qualify for a reduced rate and they want to recoup the costs. Well the reduced rate is still higher than the full price at other dental clinics in town. $400 for x-rays? Insane. $300 for a basic exam with nothing else included? And they split everything up into multiple appointments so that you have to pay the exam fee every time. My husband wanted a cleaning, and he ended up having two separate appointments with exams and x-rays at each appointment before they even scheduled the cleaning. And they scheduled the cleaning over TWO appointments, so that he will end up having to pay extra.

So that’s $1000 in bills before even scheduling the cleaning, and the estimate for the cleaning is $600. If you are low income, save yourself the trouble and just go to the SPSCC clinic, where all of the above will cost you $100. Their other issue is with incompetent office staff. From reading other reviews here, I can see we aren’t the only ones who have applied for the sliding scale program, only to have them just not submit the info to billing. So you do all the paperwork, and qualify for the program, and they still send you full bills. The billing department seemed unsurprised by this and immediately called the clinic to have them fix it. We will see if they do.

. To me it seems that they don’t want to bill properly so that they can get more money out of people. Truly a horrible place. Avoid it at all costs.
