Seamar is an awesome recovery centered facility, with really great counselors and staff. They really participate and lead with recovery support.

Went in without an appointment for a vaccination and was out the door within 20 minutes. The lady who gave me my shot was super nice and funny, wish I would’ve gotten her name. As someone who’s afraid of needles she assured me by telling me “don’t wordy you have someone who’s very good with her hands” will definitely come again for my second shot!

I walked in today without an appointment. That being considered, I was seen without having to wait very long and was thanked by multiple people for waiting. Wasn't necessary but I found it to be quite sweet. Everyone I encountered was kind, patient and helpful. It appeared as though majority of the staff is bilingual. Facility was very clean and there was ample parking. I am very thankful my friend suggested this clinic. I don't have insurance.
I originally had an appointment with Neighborcare and once I found out that for a new patient to just walk in the door it would be $279, I canceled. In comparison, I believe it's $170 at Seamar. Still not cheap, but I don't think that exists in this world today. They offer a sliding scale and payment options. Going to the doctor isn't something most of us ever want to do. The people and the way they operate is impressive and so appreciated. I plan to go here if/when I need to visit the doc again.

Seamar Doctors saved my Life. I returned to see my Primary Care Dr. Ocean Williams January 2 2025, as a new year resolution. He Referred me to Cardiologist Stephanie Cooper and I saw her 15 min later there in the White center Clinic. Stephanie prescribed aspirin and nitroglycerin pills as a precautions until I could get a CT angiogram done. On January 9 I had the first of 5 mini hart attacks over the weekend I had been taking the Aspirin as prescribed and chewed on the Nitro pills each attack. Monday morning, Jan. 12, I called the staff at SeaMar for advice about what I should do.
They instructed me to go to the ER. Now I have a life saving stent installed in my hart by the Interventional Cardiologists at St. Anne Hospital and a whole new chance at life. I was in denial. I was still not convinced my symptoms were hart related because it really didn't hurt. Yes, I should have gone to ER on Jan. 9 but I made ignorant decisions. I'm convinced that Dr Williams and Dr Cooper saved my life by getting me the two medications and giving me awareness that kept oxygen getting to my hart while my idiot brain figured out how to get help.
Think about the time line. First Dr. visit in years Jan 2, hart attacks a week later, three days in the hospital and feeling good as new Jan 14. I get emotional thinking about how it would have turned out without these doctors spot on accuracy. It's completely humbling that the people at SeaMar come to work every day, deal with the complicated and stressful human condition, just in case a person needs to have their life saved. Marc Parker
