Called on January 11th to try to set up a new patient appointment for basic yearly dental care. Was told to give them my information and they would call me back with the new patient intake. It's now almost two months later and I never received any phone call or notice that they had no time to accept new patients.
At least have the decency to update people instead of having them wait with no updates. What if I had an actual dental issue that needed addressed? So unprofessional.

I've been going to Seaford Dental since I aged out of LRK. I've had nothing but good experiences since coming to this office. The dentist is very nice and makes you feel as though he's known you for years. The last couple of times I've had the same hygienist Lindsay (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling). I walked in today and she called me back and I was so excited to see she was still there. She's a great hygienist and makes the whole appointment so much easier to get through. I really hope she stays for a while.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the slightly out of date equipment. I could be wrong on that front. But at LRK the x-ray machine was much easier and more comfortable. But it's nothing I fault this entire practice for, just a personal preference. Overall I'll continue to go to this office.

To be honest, this was one of the best place I went to as an adult but because due to insurance issues, I wasn’t able to go to my appointments . The Front desk is very rude When asked to make a new appointment now that I have new insurance, I was told I they will no longer except me Front desk was very nonchalant. They didn’t wanna help me and to be honest I wouldn’t go there because of them. One thing about me I’m very respectful To my elders and to people all around .
I asked her is there another connected dental place she told me no they were the only ones. I would not come here at all.

The first time I went I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen, which was frustrating, but excusable. Then, they canceled my appointment the day before I was meant to be there claiming that it was because I had not confirmed. They called me around 8AM asking me to confirm the next day appointment and when I called back at 11:30 AM (my lunch break) they had already given it to someone else.
When I asked to reschedule they took my number to call me “when something became available. ” It was an incredibly unprofessional way to treat an established patient.
