Absolutely terrible communication and guidance from the receptionist. I called them up to book an appointment for the first time and the lady Jessica, very sweetly took my insurance number, confirmed that she sees it on the system and then went ahead to book a slot. I told her multiple times that I have an insurance from my college and I'm not sure if it covers dental on the call, but she still went ahead and booked me in, confirming that she sees my insurance on her system. When I arrived and showed the insurance, she downright started to give me a condescending lecture about my health insurance plan and how that doesn't cover dental cuz they're 'separate body parts'.

Not only did she fail to communicate the right information on call, but she also wasted my time by making me come all the way for nothing. To top it off, she was incredibly rude and didn’t even bother to apologize. Absolutely terrible service.

The staff is top notch! From the 1st phone call to the end of each visit they go above and beyond to provide you with exceptional scheduling, service and care. As a recent seattle transplant I am glad I was referred here and I will definitely be passing that recommendation on to others!

I had been a loyal patient at this dental office for many years and always had a great experience until - Dr. Kanack left. Unfortunately, the quality of care declined significantly after his departure. When he left, the staff wasn't transparent - she told me he was "on vacation" and didn't clarify that he had actually left the practice. After that there was no consistency. I saw a different dentist each time - first a temporary provider, then Dr.

Sauvage. Finally, I saw another new doctor. She was kind and professional, but by that point, the constant turnover and inconsistency had become too much. It was exhausting to explain my history over and over, it felt like there was no continuity in my care. I decided that it was time to move on find a dental office with more stability and better communication.

I’ve been a patient here for some time, but I’m deeply disappointed with their overly rigid appointment policy. They require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations—otherwise, you’re hit with a $100 fee, no exceptions. Life doesn’t always give you 48 hours' notice. Emergencies, illness, or unavoidable conflicts can come up. Instead of understanding that reality, this office chooses to penalize patients harshly.

It feels less like a healthcare provider and more like a penalty trap. I understand the need to reduce no-shows, but this kind of blanket policy is punitive and lacks empathy. They should be flexible enough to accommodate real life. I hope the office revisits this policy and adopts something more reasonable and patient-friendly.
