I was very nervous about going to a new dentist after many years. I avoided going! The staff at the Auburn office was amazing! Teresa was wonderful explaining everything and she was very gentle. Although I need to have some work done, I am not nervous about returning! I highly recommend! :)

UPDATE. . Edited to add, since my original post. . if you have insurance to file this is not the place for you. I called 3 times and have yet to receive my explanation of benefits. I referred my husband to have work done.

He ended up not having the work done but was charged $200 +. And has yet to receive his refund. This place is definitely only for the rich folks. I have always been someone who never went to the dentist on a regular basis because the thought of it makes me very anxious. So glad i found Dr. Painter! It Has been a great experience all around! Everyone is so kind and makes you feel at ease! I highly recommend!

I went to my Uncle’s practice for over 15 years and he recently retired. Looking for a new dentist was a bit concerning. I had recommendations from some coworkers to try out Dr. Painter. They brought me in and treated me like family. This practice has adapted to patients wants and needs, offering state-of-the-art technology.

Something I didn’t know my uncle neglected! Teresa did a fantastic job cleaning. She valued my interest of longevity for my teeth, pretty cool! She was personable and made time go by quickly. She showed she cared by explaining everything about me to Dr. Painter, word for word! By the end of it, they were honest about the status of my teeth and directed me towards the future of maintaining a healthy smile. After the visit, I was pain-free and feeling healthy. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist!
