I don’t know why this place has good reviews. I came in today for a check up, staff was OK, waited for almost an hour for the dentist. He came in with terrible bed side manner. Looked at my teeth, told me what I needed then left.

DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME. DID NOT TRY TO HAVE A CONVERSATION, NOTHING. Wouldn’t you think if you’re a new business you would attempt to have a relationship with your new patients? DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER!

This was my first visit at this location. The service was great, the staff is very professional and friendly, they made me feel comfortable. The office looked clean and bright, a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Loved how fast I was able to get scheduled in. This location is in a newer developing corner right by 7/11 on Nth 5th & Ann. The inside was nice & clean, the front seemed small but once you get passed the door it was business time! Enjoyed the music & watching Netflix while waiting. All the ladies I encountered from the time I walked in & the dental assistant were pleasant & the doctor was right to the point, which I liked.

I was scared & anxious but turns out there was nothing to be afraid of. Will be back for my deep clean & hope this experience continues. Thank you Sedona Ranch!

Great office and staff, the hygienists and docs are amazing at what they do also great talker. As well as the front desk people amazing at what they do and helped me figure out getting appointments straightened out.
