Made an appointment - cleaning was so so not as good as Sandy used to do- then got an x-ray- (new machine- your whole head )-dr didn't even greet or examine my teeth-was sitting in the same room but never bothered to get up - didn't examine my teeth at all. Made a new appointment but then they called at the last minute and cancelled for "an emergency appt for someone else and never offered to make a new appointment for me.

If your looking for a first time dentist go see dr. David Recently broke a tooth called they got me in asap to look at it and get it repaired Never liked dentist offices but dr. David made me feel super comfortable came up with a plan to get it resolved fast Came in to get my route canal, once again dr.

Dave was super friendly , and completed the procedure fast and efficiently A week after the root canal, I was experiencing pain in my gums and could barely eat chew on it Called Seneca Ridge Dental, they fit me in asap and dr. Dave solved the issue same day Very professional and friendly Will be back for sure A week later

Myself and my wife are very satisfied patients of Dr Cappuccio. We have enjoyed his services and great team for many years.

I suddenly had a front tooth chip off unexpectedly and the Dr's staff got me in on the same day I called. I thought Dr Cappuccio only had time for an evaluation, but he repaired the tooth along with another tooth I had chipped earlier! Many heartfelt thanks to The Dr and his staff!

I recently had a disappointing experience here. My first appointment went well, which is why I returned, but my second visit was quite different. Dr. Cappuccio was unexpectedly rough during the procedure, causing significant discomfort.

When I expressed that it hurt, I received a rude comment that belittled my concerns. This lack of empathy and professionalism was disheartening. As a result, I will NOT be returning to this office and will seek a practice that prioritizes patient comfort and communication.
