I had an amazing experience at Seneca Smiles in Great Falls! From the moment I walked in, Quinn, the office manager, greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process effortless. Lex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered. Cynthia, the dental hygienist, was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly invested in my dental health. She was gentle yet thorough, making my cleaning feel more like a spa treatment for my teeth. Well, maybe not a spa treatment, but as close as possible with one’s mouth held wide open.

Finally, Dr. Pedro Lam was superb in his exam, providing his professional expertise and assessment of my current dental health, along with recommendations to follow going forward. The entire team created a welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling well cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

Over many years, I have used 8 dentists in the four different states we have lived in. Recently our long-time provider retired and I was happy to find Seneca Smiles and Dr. Pedro Lam. For the last three years this fine group of kind and highly proficient experts have treated my wife and I like family. Seneca Smiles has delivered care that is among the best we have ever received. They taught me what evidence based dental care is. This is where you get to see why you need the suggested care with pictures and x-rays and in-depth analysis.

You get a full explanation of the options in a no stress environment. If you do the research, an exceptional dentist will “excel in communication, provide a safe and comfortable environment, and offer comprehensive, evidence-based dental care. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and prioritize the patient's overall health, educating them about their oral health and treatment options. This is Dr. Lam and his staff. I was particularly impressed with Cynthia who did my examination and dental cleaning. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, careful and through.

Dr. Lam’s examination aligned exactly with Cynthia’s findings. Clearly this is a well-trained, well organized dental practice offering the latest techniques. I know because I have received the benefits of these techniques. The best! I can recommend Seneca Smiles without reservation and look forward to being a patient for a long time.

After my previous Dentist moved, I decided to give Seneca Smiles a shot and I'm so glad I did! Quinn at the front desk was very friendly and once I checked in, Dr. Lam and one of the hygienists, Cynthia, began with my initial exam. They spent time getting to know me as a patient first and understanding the type of care I was looking for in a dental office which really made me feel like they truly cared about me. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and during the whole exam and cleaning I felt like I was in very good hands. I really appreciated how Dr.

Lam told me about his recent conferences and learnings as well and how he planned to incorporate them into his dental care for his patients. I'm excited to have made the switch to this office and I highly recommend others in this area to check out Dr. Lam and his team. Random side note: there's a pullup bar in the office if you do want to get a pump in the arms after your appointment :)

Dr. Lam and his incredible team of hygienists are so professional and friendly. They made what can be a stressful for some a very smooth and personalized experience. They made sure to take the time to get to know my preferences and pain points to do their best to address my specific needs. I'll also note they have some of the most state of the art equipment.

Gone are the huge x-ray machines, uncomfortable clamps, and heavy lead vests. They also use 3D imagining technology and walked me through all the relevant details and contours of my teeth and alignment for more informed decision making of possible corrections. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam and his team to anyone looking for a new dentist to move to.
