I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor consistently pushed for overtreatment, leaving me feeling like their priority was profit, not patient care. While waiting for my appointment, I witnessed the receptionist speaking rudely to another patient, which was shocking. Sadly, I was met with the same dismissive and unprofessional attitude during my visit, making an already stressful situation even worse.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They showed a lack of respect for my time, health, and trust. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve both their treatment approach and the professionalism of their staff.

I recently visited a dentist and had noticed some negative reviews about the receptionist, who is also the dentist’s wife. After my visit, I can understand where some of the concerns are coming from. She sometimes takes on a role that feels more like the dentist’s, and when asked questions she may not know the answer to, she tends to pretend that she knows the answer and gives unclear or inaccurate responses.
This naturally leads to more questions, which seem to frustrate her and result in a defensive and rude tone. It would be much more helpful and reassuring if she were simply transparent in those moments and let patients know she’ll follow up with the correct information later.
