I recently visited Dr Li office twice, with one for cleaning and the other for a cavity filling. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Li and her staff. Due to the pandemic, I haven't visited my former dentist for about 2 years, and like to go to a dentist somewhere around. Dr Li is very considerate, and told me clearly what she is going to do, and what I will expect.

The last, but definitely not the least, she did a fabulous job on filling my cavity and a broken previous filling. my fixed teeth look perfectly same adjacent to other teeth, and I do not feel anything uncomfortable, and feel so natural. I highly recommend Dr Li with a five star.

They didn’t seem to give me any option on my preferred name or pronouns when filling out the new patient forms but then I see they do have the option in their system to put those things in their charts but I guess don’t offer the option to their patients unless they speak up and ask them to, I figured I could always address this later privately over a phone call but by the end of the appointment the dentist managed to make me feel awful. My teeth were in pretty bad shape.

He said something to the tune of “sometimes we let ourselves go but it’s important that you’re here now” which got under my skin. It’s hard to hear someone say that I failed to take care of myself when I was fighting for my life and flat out incapable of being able to get proper care due to multiple factors including illness and the closure of everything during the pandemic, offices were closed unless it was an emergency so a lot of preventative care was simply not available.

I don’t think this office is the right fit for me.

My apologies in advance for the lengthy review here, Serenity Family Dental is hands down one of the best dental offices I've ever been to, honestly! Dr. Li is incredibly kind, patient, skilled, and willing to understand and work with your dental needs and takes time to understand and offer the best course of action based on her professional expertise.

She will go above and beyond to ensure your dental needs are accommodated. The charismatic and super nice lady at the front desk is awesome! She's super sociable and down to Earth and definitely always willing to help the patients in anyway she possibly can! What I appreciated the most was the way her desk had a very homey feel to it from her mini ducks to her plants.

She was incredibly kind and would listen and create a positive and light hearted atmosphere while you're there! The back office staff is also really nice and would go to great lengths to ensure you are as comfortable as you can be because I know it can be a bit nerve wrecking at times being at the doctors and they do a stellar job with that! All around, Serenity Family Dental really makes you feel at home and that your dental needs are heard all while in a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere from the moment you walk in to when you leave out. I highly recommend that you come here for all your dental needs as they really make every single experience memorable and create a fantastic job of making you feel at ease and like family when you are there!
