My crown came off 3 times within a year then they charged me to re-glue it. Cindy the receptionist was rude and condescending when I tried to get a refund for something they shouldn't have charged me for in the first place.

I think I finally found a new home for all my dental needs. I was pretty bummed when my last dentist moved to a practice that didn't accept my insurance. She was a gem, but I wasn't willing to pay out of pocket. After all, I'm not made of money. Fortunately, I did an online search for dentists in the general vicinity and came across Serini Family dentistry. After reading the positive reviews and making sure the practice took my insurance, I made an appointment. I had my appointment earlier today and I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

After filling out the necessary paperwork, my name was promptly called. There was no waiting around for an overbooked dentist in a packed waiting room while surrounded by a bunch of screaming kids. It was a stress free experience. Dr. Dominick Serini was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and thorough. He spent a lot of time with me, explained what he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff was just as kind and attentive as Dr.

Serini. The office was clean, cheerful, and modern. Even the dentist chair was comfortable - in fact, it was so comfortable that while Dr. Serini was drilling away, I found myself getting a bit sleepy and wanting to take a nap - right then and there in that chair.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Two times I have had emergencies with a chipped tooth and with an infection and I was told to come in immediately and they took care of the problem both times. Even on a Friday afternoon, the day after July 4th when I did not have an appointment. So very grateful, highly recommend!!
