Dr. Vasquez is amazing-very kind, patient, and informative. It’s unfair his business gets bad reviews because of how the back end is operated. I had to book a handful of appointments with the office before my gum lift.

One of these appointments were for the removal of part of my gums which I paid and had done. When I scheduled my second appointment I let the receptionist know I would be out of town the initial day she wanted to schedule me (perfect opportunity to tell me to make sure I was available when they call to confirm). She didn’t, and when I inevitably was out of town the week prior to my surgery I finally had service to see my voicemail where I was notified my appointment (the appointment I’ve waited 4+ months for) was cancelled due to not confirming. I planned this surgery around several occasions and paid for a redundant and unnecessary surgery only to not get what I hoped for as the end result because they have the worst confirmation process.

If confirming appointments is this important to you, invest in a text message system like 99% of other businesses.

Dr. Velasquez and staff are wonderful. I've been a patient for over 10 years. My story is too long to detail, but it started with being referred to him for an implant from my dentist; and then him ordering the correct imaging, catching a bad but hidden infection that had eaten away most of the bone above my front tooth.

It was not a standard case at that point, and it took multiple surgeries of bone grafts, ridge augmentation, gum line manipulation, over almost 2 years to get a beautiful, solid, stress free implant. After 26 years of trouble with veneers, multiple crowns, root canals all in the same tooth, plus the two years to get my implant, I feel lucky to have been referred to Dr. Velasquez and team. He saved me from a serious infection that could have gone very had, saved and repaired my maxilla bone, and gave me something I finally don't have to worry much about.

He was unbelievably kind and compassionate with everything I went through, as well as gentle and very concerned with making me happy with the end result. I still drive 45 minutes each way once a year just to have him check on this implant. I highly recommend this office.

The doctor and his staff are the quintessential professionals taking care of every one of my needs. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you again to the great people that work at this facility and provide such a wonderful service to those that need it. Not only is it a pleasant environment but the people that work there are beyond courteous and kind. I am glad I found this facility to take care of my needs.

I needed an extraction and also bone grafting as soon as possible and they took care of me in a very timely manner. Believe me you will not be disappointed with the results from this gentleman and his staff. If I could give them all 10 stars I would. Ty🙏

Dr. Velasquez is an incredible doctor. I can’t believe how helpful, kind, patient and detailed he is in his work. He truly cares about you as a patient and in his work. His assistants and front desk co-workers are extremely helpful and great at their jobs as well.

I was informed in the beginning of the process about the cancellation policy and what to expect. We are going to him for his service and business because we need their help. Their time is valuable and they schedule blocks out of their day for patients and if the patient don’t follow the policy of cancellations (that was clearly explained) then they are the ones who are at a loss and time wasted. Dr. Velasquez personally called me the same day I had my procedure at 8pm to see how I was doing and make sure I understood everything.

He makes me want to better myself as a provider and I honestly cannot wait for my follow up appointment. Thank you Doctor and to all the staff. 5 stars does not explain how amazing my experience was, thank you again.
