I recently visited Sevierville Smiles for a dental appointment, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Soni and his team provided me with top-notch care and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I have been going here for my whole process of getting implants and crowns and they have done a fantastic job. . !!!! Dr. Soni is very caring about making sure you are happy with your teeth, in fact this has been a very long process and some mistakes were made with the lab on my first set of crowns I wasn't happy with cause I wanted them to mirror both sides, but Dr. Soni corrected it and compensated for them.

. that was such a nice thing to do and he didnt have to do that. Also the office staff has always been very good at reminding you of your appointments and scheduling your appointments too. . I highly recommend them for any work you need done.

. and the nurses there have always held my hand when getting shots cause i have the worst anxiety with getting them. So as you can see im not an easy patient at all, lol but they have all been so sweet to me and I am very very happy with my new smile thank you all so much for changing my life. . Cause now I can change others with a beautiful smile 😃

Let me start by saying that I am terrified of dentists due to past dental experiences but Dr. Soni and his staff are all amazing! Dr. Soni was very gentle, made sure that I was ok every step of the way, and his staff are all so unbelievably kind. They even made an an accommodation to open the office early one morning to fit me in.

To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. I will continue going to Dr. Soni for my future dental visits.

I waited three months for an appt. The front desk staff was unprofessional. She hung up on my boyfriend for a call about his appt. I had a appt for a crown which she moved last minute because in her words “the doctor wanted to go on vacation”. The day before the rescheduled appt while I was sleeping called me five times and because I didn’t answer right away. They left an extremely passive aggressive voicemail and canceled the same appointment.

(The one they moved last minute because the doctor wanted to go on vacation). She said for me to get a job 🙃and she is busy and understaffed so she doesn’t have time to “wait around” for a confirmation. It wasn’t even two by the time I called them back and they close at five. Originally I moved my first consultation because I had to attend my grandmother‘s funeral. During that time, I had to get a root canal and I made an appointment right after that which I attended. Then a follow up appointment.

(Which they moved) She then has the audacity to say that I cancel all my appointments because I said I’m attending my grandmother’s funeral which is untrue. It is VILE to ever bring up a personal death like that. I guess this is a blessing in disguise because if this is the standard for patients treatment I am happy not to be a patient here.
