I went down a rabbit hole of reviews and I have already been to Sexton in 2015 to have my upper teeth pulled and a top plate, this time I decided to read reviews and got really nervous. When we got there it was about 5am we were the first ones in the parking lot. But I suggest that you get there early and when people start forming the line that’s your time to get in your spot. Some were prepared and brought a chair and blanket. We stood at the door from 530 to about 630 when this cute little lady came out and told us to form a line and basically gave us the rundown on how things were going to go. People still needed questions answered, she said I will answer all questions at the window when you bring me your ID.

She goes to her desk and starts calling names, she just basically asks you what you are wanting to get done, I needed all bottom teeth out and a full bottom denture, so she gave me a medical chart to fill out while I waited for them to call my number. Almost got form filled out then they called me to sign papers. Fast easy peasy. Then I went to sit for X-rays quick in and out then dentist looked at my mouth to confirm what I wanted he even sparked a conversation very nice man. All the helpers were very sweet and knowledgeable. Went back into waiting room then they called me for my impressions.

Quick in and out, went back into waiting room for maybe 20 more minutes then the Dr was ready to pull my teeth, got them all pulled and was out the door by 1045am, went and picked up my script cause I was hurting, didn’t have to be back till after 1pm. Went back into waiting room waited maybe 30 min and I hear my name, dentist and his assistant put the teeth in my mouth made sure I was comfortable with it all and we were back on the road by 145pm. You have to have patience these people are changing lives in an affordable way all the negative reviews are horrible. Cost me $844. 00

The staff are great. The older dentist with no hair is so rude. I was in the room waiting to be seen had my phone on my lap, not even on my phone. I was just fiddling with the pop socket on the back. He walks in and said "you must not want to be seen" and leaves. He then proceeds to see every other room but mine.

He walks in my room three more times , doesn't say a word and walks out. Then after waiting, again still not on my phone, he walks in and tells me to put my phone up or I won't be seen. I could understand if I was on the phone but my screen wasn't even on. I was just holding the phone because I had no where to put the phone. (No pockets). I asked him to pull two teeth in which the other dentist agreed on the two needing to be pulled.

The dentist that was doing my extraction said no, just pulling the one. I will not be going back to Sexton. That "dentist" has the manners/respect of a brown recluse. I did get a tooth pulled but now have to go elsewhere to get the tooth I originally went to have pulled, taken out somewhere else.

If I could I would give them a ZERO!! I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have hundreds of dollars to throw away. The partial denture that they made for me is unless. It belongs in the garbage . They don’t want to do an adjustment. The first time they tried to put them in my mouth I told them that they were cutting me and they were too tight. That was on 1/16/25. The technician was new she got someone from the lab who then got a dentist. They tried at least 12 times. My mouth was bleeding and sore. The dentist suggestion was to sleep in then. Yeah right so I could get sepsis.

Trying to brush my teeth was a nightmare. It’s Monday the 20th and I called Sexton to no satisfaction. I’m out $200 and I’m on a fixed income. Don’t use Sexton they suck!! Day one all polite and caring until they get your money. You get a referral for sexton go somewhere else. They’re no good. Edit update: This morning 1/21/25 I went back to Sexton dental. It’s truly sad that sometimes you have to give people a dose of their own medicine. Jay the director never returned any of my calls. This morning when he showed up for work he was informed that I was waiting to see him. Jay needs to grow a pair.

He thought that he was tiptoeing around so that he didn’t have to speak to me. It’s all good. I’ll let the BBB deal with him. I saw Charlie the new technician that I saw on Thursday. She went to the lab to get Kim. The both of them worked together to where I could wear my partial denture and be comfortable. Now I’m semi satisfied. Bravo to Kim and Charlie. The rest of the staff could learn something from them.

Almost didn’t go based on negative reviews but so glad we went. Traveled three hours for procedure. We arrived at 5:30 in parking lot and doors opened at 6:30. We were second in line and checked in quickly. Customers showed up quickly around 7:30 and the place was packed. Some may say these people are rude or whatever but I disagree. It’s very organized and the people are direct.

Many patients are treated with same day service where private sectors would take months to get work completed. My husband had 9 teeth pulled in the morning, business closes 11-1 for lunch, we arrived back at 1:00 and out by like 3:00 with upper and lower partials. Again, they aren’t going to ask about how many kids you have or where you work or any fluff like other businesses but their service was great. Facility was very clean too. Will use this facility again if the need arises.
