Today was my first visit to Dr Bethany's office, the office was delightfully decorated and even though I arrived earlier than my appointment I was greeted and welcomed by the receptionist. She made me aware that I was early and I may have to wait a few minutes but that they hadn't forgotten about me. Sarah came and got me and took all of my x-rays - she was extremely professional and kind.

When all of the x-rays were completed Dr Bethany came in we talked about my concerns she explained what needed to happen next and that her insurance person would contact me after contacting my insurance company and explaining what they would and would not pay for. Everyone was very friendly a great atmosphere in the office. I was delighted with my first visit and I look forward to many years of dental work being done in this office.

Thank you Dr Bethany for hiring competent, professional, caring people. I so enjoyed meeting you, I felt very confident with your explanation of my needs and am looking forward to my next appointment.

On Tuesday morning I called Dr. Thomas' office because a crown came off the evening before. The office managed to fit me in the next morning. As per usual, the front office staff was quick to get me checked in and technician Kim ushered me to a patient room and started working. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Thomas came in to check the crown and the tooth, did a little fine tuning and in a few more minutes I was done.

Everyone in the office is cheerful and helpful to each other. I have been going to Dr. Thomas for 10 or 11 years and have great confidence in her and her staff. .
