recently visited Shadow Brook Dental Care, and while the staff was friendly and welcoming, my overall experience was good. Unfortunately, I had to wait for two hours, and the dentist never arrived for the final evaluation. This lack of timeliness and communication made what could have been a positive visit frustrating.

I hope they improve their scheduling and ensure patients aren’t left waiting unnecessarily in the future.

I wouldn't say I know anyone here to be rude or unkind, but if not for the front desk girl, this place would barely deserve a single star. A family member recommended it to me, saying they really liked it, so I decided to give it a try. Today, I looked the front desk girl in the eye and watched her lie to me. If there's one thing I know, it's that you don’t build relationships on dishonesty. Not long after I paid, I was called to the desk and informed that my appointment needed to be rescheduled.

The reasoning? They claimed the appointment was long and weren't sure my kids could handle it. It wasn’t a question or suggestion—it was a directive. No one asked me if I wanted to reschedule or if I thought my kids could manage it. And who are they to decide that for me? I explained how much effort went into scheduling this appointment and assured them my kids would be fine—they were happily watching TV. She walked away to speak with her superiors and returned only to tell me again: “Yeah, we have to reschedule.

” Then, she finally admitted they were running behind. At last—the truth. But it only reinforced one thing: they don't truly care about their customers if they keep rescheduling without regard for the inconvenience. I worked from 1 AM to 9 AM before coming here, yet they couldn’t have cared less. Believe people when they show you who they are!

It truly disappoints me to leave this review, as my family's past experiences in prior years with Dr. Green were nothing short of exceptional. She was kind, patient, and exhibited impeccable manners. I valued her so much that I confidently referred others to her practice. Unfortunately, my recent referral had a very negative experience. They reported that Dr. Green was extremely rude and made unprofessional remarks during their visit.

Dr. Green, while you are undoubtedly a skilled dentist, your recent behavior raises concerns. As members of this community, we value and rely on your professionalism. Your patients are the foundation of your business, and maintaining respect and kindness is critical to fostering trust. We can only hope that whatever challenges you may be facing are resolved and that you return to the level of care and compassion you once demonstrated.
