Dr. Kotre is absolutely amazing, and cares about her patients very much. She is very skilled at anesthetizing hard to numb patients, and is fantastic with patients that are more anxious. I have seen many dentists and would and have recommend her to all of family and friends.

Shannon Norman-Kotre is one of the best and also kindest dentists around. I have gone to other excellent dentists around, but chose Shannon because of her up to date dental practice. She stays on top of all the latest techniques and is always informed of anything new that is relevant to each of her patients. Most importantly, she treats each patient with a holistic approach. You know when you come to your appointment, Shannon's professional staff makes you feel welcome and always makes you feel good when you come through the door.

It is always a positive experience to come into the office. I never have any trouble getting an appointment, if you have an emergency the staff does everything possible to have you seen right away or they will make a referral. Shannon has great colleagues that she uses for referrals. I have been seeing Shannon for approximately 10 years!

Every so often you come to a place and you think- these people are doing what they are meant to do in this world. I absolutely love this practice. I have met Dr. Shoukr and Dr. Nickodemis (for myself and my son).

They are absolutely fabulous. Shaiyan is the hygienist we see- what an absolute GEM she is. I tell everyone I can about you guys all the time. This is hands down the best dental practice I have been to. See you all in 6 months!
