I've had nothing but outstanding service here over my 3 years as a patient, though I'll admit that I've only been here for routine cleanings. As long as that's all you're looking for, I couldn't recommend this place (open on Sundays!!!) and their staff (Dr. Sharmin is one of the kindest men in this city) highly enough.

They unilaterally canceled my appointment which I made to get a second opinion without asking me if had another insurance plan or would like to pay using another payment method. I took off from work to attend the appointment which they called to cancel, THE DAY BEFORE, without asking because they ASSUMED I wouldn't want to get the same work done within a certain time frame.

It's bad customer service to unilaterally make assumptions about customers without asking first.

On my Spring Break vacation when I suddenly got a crippling pain on the right side of my face. This was the 2nd day I was looking for someone to take me in. I was vomiting from the pain and the massive amount of Tylenol I had been taking. I was ready to book a flight back home. I could NOT stand my pain. I called on a SUNDAY morning and the receptionist was very nice and understanding when I explained my situation to her. She booked me for the same day.

When I got to the office they took an Xray turns out I had cracked my wisdom tooth in half. Dr. Sharmin saw the pain I was in. He immediately put the area to sleep while I waited for the oral surgeon to remove my tooth. I do not have dental insurance so they explained the cost which was VERY responsable and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. THANK YOU !!

I’ve been going to this dental clinic for years. Dr. Sharmin, the other dentists, the endodontist and the entire staff here have always been incredible, but the last few weeks they have gone above and beyond while I have been dealing with an emergency on a tight travel schedule. Dental work — even cleanings — often makes me irrationally nervous but Dr. Sharmin has an incredibly calming way about him. The rest of the staff are also so calm cool and collected.

I’ve never had any scheduling dramas, snafus, etc. No pain either during procedures. The longest I’ve ever waited is maybe 15 minutes maximum. This is a great clinic, long established in the neighborhood and I should have left a review earlier.
