Amazing dental office. I had a abscess and they got me in the same day. Dentist explained everything and then two amazing dental students extracted my tooth so gently. Lance the assistant was amazing, they are very funny and calming. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment instead of being afraid. Thank you!

I had a tooth extracted and she didn’t even remove all of the tooth just part of it. The pain is sooo unbearable and then I was given Tylenol. I’ve always been a patient at this dentist but since they changed everything and mainly the staff that were knowledgeable and compassionate I just feel like they need to close the entire place back down. I’m supposed to go back for an appointment in a couple of weeks but I honestly don’t know if I am.

Im terrified. If you can avoid this place please do. I absolutely do not recommend Shawnee Christian Dental to any human.

Totally a disappointment with staffing shortages and availability. This sided of West Louisville council? Have deprived West Louisville @shawnee dental 🦷 and the West Louisville Youth Baseball Field! We Need a Strong Leaders whom Cares ❤️

These people don't care about their patients! They are constantly hiring new people that don't know what they are doing. I had 2 teeth that needed filling, and they messed up both times. I had to get the same teeth worked on twice. Dr. Navigar never does any work himself, he makes all the new people do the work. He sent me for a root canal, and I didn't even need one! I came for an appointment, and they let me sit in the chair for 40 minutes and told me they are not going to have the time to do the work. Dr. Navigar rescheduled me for the next Tuesday. When I came back, he wasn't even there . .

. And they let me sit in the chair for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They completely ignored me after I told them that a student was not allowed to work on my teeth. (as it clearly states in my file by Dr. Naviga). They gave me attitude about not letting a student work on me. Then after almost two hours of sitting in the dentist chair, they tell me they're not going to do the work because I MAY OR MAY NOT need a root canal. My tooth has no pain, no infection, just needs to be filled. Dr Navigar said I'm not sure if it does or not. But he already knows my roots are extremely curved and not ideal to do the root canal.

These people do not care about their patients at all!! My tooth does not need a root canal. . . They just don't like how I won't let students work on me anymore. Students worked on me before and both times messed my tooth up even more than it was at first. Now they don't want to take responsibility and fix the problem that THEY CREATED!!! Dr Navigar . . . . YOU AND YOUR TEAM MESSED MY TOOTH UP!!! YOU NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX IT!!! 😡😡😡
