I went to them because I have a fractured tooth. After having 3 consults from 3 different dentist I knew I just wanted to get it pulled. I explained everything to whoever scheduled my appointment. She said they could get me in to consult and trea ( pull it) she said they could do both in one day. However when I got there things changed. . when I said I was a little nervous, the lady that was looking at my x rays said " why are you nervous we're only talking". I said " Just taking? I already talked enough, I need this tooth out.

I explained that to whoever made my appointment". She stomp off and said " Oh No we're not pulling teeth today!" And I said I can't afford to keep talking about a tooth I want OUT". She sent the PA to me after waiting 1 hour pass my Appointment time to tell me a bunch of blah blah blah that I didn't need to hear because she just made my anxiety worse . Just take it out. That's all I wanted. I took a whole day off for another dang speech.

It was my first time being there. It started off nice, once I got to see the doctor it was some what disappointing 😔 instead of telling me about what I was able to get with my insurance. I'm thinking 🤔 that I was going to get my teeth cleaned with this insurance and didn't.

I feel as though he could have told me that instead of having me think I was able to get. Instead I come down stairs and conversation stopped, so what would you 🤔 think?????
