Terrible. Called nearly 3 weeks ahead to schedule a first thing appointment to consult over a tooth that had broken after a shoddy root canal (done elsewhere). I sat from 8a-9:15. The hygienist took my back and began preparing for a cleaning. She was surprised to hear I had made an appointment for a problem. I asked her how long it'd be before doctor could look since I had a nursing infant at home who hadn't been awake for breakfast when I left at 7:45. She said I would be with her (the hygienist) for at least 45 minutes.
. . you know, for the cleaning I did not schedule or want. Somehow I had x-rays done and doctor came in the room and glanced at the chart, did not look at my tooth, and insisted that before she would help with my pain I needed to have the cleaning done. She cared/listened so little that at one point she said, "Well, it's not hurting you, right?" I mean, that was WHY I set an appointment. I was unsure I had the time to sit for a cleaning yet that morning as I planned only to be at the office for like an hour (baby needed me at home; also husband had to leave for work). .
. but I decided to have the damn cleaning done, hoping I would be home in time; planning to reschedule the appointment to assess this problem tooth. THEN the doctor leaned in the room and told the hygienist her patients were arriving and there was no time to do my cleaning (for which they had scheduled me!!!) To top it off, my insurance was ending the next week. I have since paid cash to see Dr. Benz in Hazleton. Worth it.

The doctor and her staff are so responsive, patiently answering questions, limiting wait time, and providing stellar maintenance instructions and follow up care. I've been their patient a few years and recently received a bridge--somewhat complex due to sinus proximity. Dr. Shen ensured I experienced NO pain, helped make it affordable (I'm insured), and assured me I could contact her 24/7 for any issues (none!).
This team earned my highest recommendation--and I'm a dental chicken. You can confidently trust them to make YOUR best interests the priority.

I give 1 star because the staff is very nice but Dr.
Shen is a joke, had plate made and kept telling her it wasn't right, it was crooked,took it back waited 3 weeks just to have same issue, she then told me my lip was crooked? Like really? My lip is not crooked, gave me appointment to come back in 2 weeks and when I went back to have it fixed she flat out refused and told me to go somewhere else, who does that? Very poor business,would NOT recommend,wasted 2-3 months for the whole process just to be told she didn't want to fix it

Well about 2-3 months ago (if not more) I was told I needed a root canal asap and that I had an infection in my mouth that they were afraid was going to get into my blood stream. My insurance finally approved of the root canal after about a month of waiting and now they won’t pick up any calls from me or any of my family that try to call.
I understand you’re under staffed but not picking up when I call everyday multiple times sometimes is more than an understaffing issue
