Staff is so friendly and helpful. We’re always seen at our scheduled appointment time; no long waitingroom waits! Adequate time spent at each appointment explaining the procedure and what the plan is. Kid and family friendly. Always has activities and contests going on; allowing my son to look forward to his appointments. I can’t say enough good things!

From the time we entered till the time we left it was nothing short of a friendly environment. The desk attendant is very welcoming and friendly. We seen Dr Doug and he was very informative with an upbeat personality.

He made sure he explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience and seems to be getting better and better. I have been coming here for almost 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Dr. Dana and her staff are PHENOMENAL!! I have spent the past 3 years receiving treatment from the Hermitage location. When I first had a consultation, they were very honest and not pushy at all about choosing their practice for treatment. They are always happy to see their patients. They make you feel comfortable and always thoroughly answer any questions asked.

You can tell that Dr. Dana loves what she does as she is always excited about the progress of my teeth when I come to my appointments. The relationship between the patient and the doctor is impeccable. Dr. Dana works with you to make sure that you are receiving a treatment plan that will give you maximum results and one that you will also feel confident in.

I recently got my braces off, and I am pleased with my results. The best part about this practice is that they do not forget about you after your treatment is over. I’ve had several follow-up appointments after my treatment was finished to ensure that I am keeping my progress. Thank you for your outstanding care!

I can’t recommend Shenango Valley orthodontics enough! They did an amazing job with my son’s teeth. It was an amazing transformation! They also have an excellent staff, they were all so kind and helpful through the whole process! We had an awesome experience overall!
