Even with a pretty severe degree of anxiety over seeing a dentist, they made me comfortable from the initial phone call (an emergency dentistry situation) all the way to actually having a wisdom tooth pulled out. Extremely clean conditions in both the waiting area and the examination room. The actual procedure of pulling the wisdom tooth was 100% pain free and they made sure I was relaxed and ready before starting or proceeding to another step and told me exactly what I’d experience ahead of time.

They filed all the paper work to my insurance company for me for me and were completely upfront with the pricing every step of the way. Most importantly, everybody that I interacted with was very kind, non-judgmental, and completely professional. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to!

I highly recommend Sherry Dental. I was in Grand Rapids for work and had a dental emergency. I was far from home, i. e. far from the dentist I've seen for years. After looking at the great reviews, I reached out to Sherry Dental through their convenient online portal. Dr. Sherry responded to me within the hour, and she got me in for an appointment the very next day.

During my appointment, Dr. Sherry and her team made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. Their facility feels more like a luxury spa vs. a traditional healthcare office. Since the initial appointment, they have been very responsive when I requested the records be sent to my home dentist. They also followed up to see how I was doing, and I really appreciated the handwritten note I received in the mail after the appointment. I wish more medical/dental providers had a similar approach to customer service. FANTASTIC WORLD-CLASS EXPERIENCE!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sherry, and I was immediately impressed by her beautiful, modern office. The space is warm and welcoming, and she has invested in the latest state-of-the-art technology. Her amazing, seasoned staff greeted me with smiles and put me at ease from the moment I arrived. They took the time to patiently explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.

I also love the comfort menu – it includes cozy blankets, soft pillows, noise-canceling headphones, and even small fidget toys for anxious patients. These thoughtful touches truly set my mind at ease and made the whole experience relaxing. Dr. Sherry truly listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain each procedure clearly. Her warm, friendly bedside manner and genuine care for patient comfort make every visit a positive one.
