We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sheinis and his entire team! Our son Freddie was the first in our family to become a patient, and we loved Dr. Sheinis and his staff right from the start. Freddie needed a palate expander followed by braces, and later our daughter Lily also began treatment with braces. Dr. Sheinis is incredibly patient and knowledgeable.

He always took the time to explain every step of the process before doing anything, which really helped keep both of our kids calm and comfortable throughout their treatments. Beyond the excellent care, what really stood out was how he made an effort to get to know our kids personally. Those small moments went a long way in helping the kids feel seen and cared for. His entire staff—all wonderful women—are just as kind and supportive. They were always gentle and encouraging with the kids. The front desk team deserves special mention too.

They were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether it was scheduling appointments around our busy lives or simply greeting us with a warm smile, they never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We’re so grateful to have found an orthodontist we can trust with our children’s care. We highly recommend Dr. Sheinis and his fantastic team!
