root canal. I have heard the horror stories. But I needed one done. My dentist recommended Shire City Endo. The minute I arrived and was greeted by Patty the fear started going away. Allison the dental assistant. Explained the whole procedure. Professional YES. Dr. Martinelli. What I can I say.

Explained everything that would take place. Even the numbing was PAINLESS. No rush, explained what would take place next. After the procedure was done, everything was explained what to expect, what you can and cannot eat, they help you out to the main desk. There Patty asked if I needed any water. All in all a painless experience. The office an procedure room all have a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone pleasant and professional. I cannot say enough. (But I guess I did :-) )

Dr. Martinelli is compassionate, efficient, thorough and an incredibly skilled Endodontist. Lovely clean bright office with welcoming, competent staff. My insurance was filed within an hour of my procedure. Dr.

Martinelli and assistant Allison made a smooth professional team performing my root canal on a mess of a molar. The procedure was absolutely painless. I’m three days out and I have little to no discomfort. Thanks!

This was my first root canal - so I had some trepidation - but what a great experience! First the Shire City office is beautiful - wonderful energy designed with light and very calming natural wood plus art work including some by Dr. Martinelli's children. There is also a magnificent tree to look at during the procedure. Office staff - Cathy and Patty - provided friendly welcomes and goodbyes and were very helpful with administrative matters. Allison - the dental technician - was amazing - explaining each step of the what she was doing - she has a quiet calming manner and was just lovely to talk with. Dr.

Martinelli's intelligence and competence were evident from my first visit. She clearly explained my options. I felt no pain and little discomfort during the procedure - Dr M has gentle but a sure touch. Dr M is also very responsive and immediately followed up with my dentist so I could schedule getting a crown. I highly recommend Dr M and her staff.

I have heard the horror stories about root canal and my last visit to the previous dentist was horrible; then thanks God i found the Shire city Endo to do a root Canal; What a great experience! First, the shire city Endo office is beautiful ,lovely clean bright office with welcoming, Kathy-the front desk, provided friendly welcomes and goodbyes and was very helpful with administrative matters; Michelle- the dental assistant was amazing, explaining each step of the what she was doing, she has a quiet calming manner and was just lovely to talk with; Dr. Sarah Martinelli- intelligent, competent, compassionate, efficient trorough and incredibly skilled Endodontist, she chearly explained my options , she has very gentle but a sure touch, I highly recommend 💯 Dr.
