I had been using shoenburger dental my entire life. My mother used to bring me here and I kept going even after moving. Over 30 years of history and the Dr calls me about a $10 charge for "cleaning supplies" due to covid. Extremely rude and hot tempered.

Threw 30 years of history with this place right down the toilet. Obviously no cares given here about respect or loyalty to returning customers even if they go out of their way to keep coming back. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

I have been a dental patient in this office for about 20 yrs. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. A couple years ago, I broke a tooth on a Friday night and called the office. Dr Mark came in on a Saturday morning during a snowstorm to put in a temporary filling . Not many dentists would do that.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 35 years. Last year one dentist left whom I had been seeing that entire time as did a long-term dental hygienist I had seen. I had a dental emergency last week, and I saw Dr. Mark Schoenberger, who saw me first thing in the morning that I called. It was exactly like seeing his brother who had retired. Mark was professional, capable, explained everything in detail, showed me and told me what he was doing while he was doing it, had a sense of humor, was extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I had no pain whatsoever, and he saved my tooth. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I also want to add that I have seen my new hygienist twice now and she is extremely capable and professional also. This is a top-notch dental office. I have never had a problem or complaint in the over 35 years I have been coming here.
