The office is extremely pushy about their services and was very unpleasant when I called to ask them to stop. The receptionist repeatedly interrupted me before I could get a sentence out. I took both my children in for a free consultation in November and wasn't interested in pursuing treatment. (Dr. Lear didn't bother to read my children's names off the charts and just called them both "honey" the whole time we met with her.

) Several months later the office sent text messages and called two days in a row about scheduling an appointment. When I didn't return the calls, I got a text that they booked me an appointment without my consent or request, basically forcing me to call back as I'm sure there are fees for missed appointments. Busy working parents really don't need pointless tasks created for them. If we're interested, we will call and make an appointment.

I highly recommend Shoreview. Both the orthodontists and staff are all professional and friendly. Both my sons received exceptional service and beautiful smiles to prove. When there has been an issue with braces I was able to bring them in that day or the next to fix the problem.
