Shorewood Dental is an excellent dental office, I have been a patient of Dr. Wei and Chrissy is my hygienist; they are both amazing. I have never left that office with doubts; they always answer all my questions and concerns. The attention and dental care is over the top.

I am truly satisfied and grateful for the care they give me every time. I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

I had a very negative experience at this place and will not be returning. The dentist did not listen to me and only cared about moving on to the next patient quickly, even after I expressed concerns that my veneer was reattached incorrectly. I had to request that the tooth be sanded back down to normal, and the dentist proceeded to tell me that I was wrong when I pointed out a gap between my teeth that did not previously exist.

The staff were very kind and tried to make up for the incident, however, I do not feel comfortable returning.

The dental staff and entire team are always very courteous and kind. They are willing to answer questions and explain everything which helps a lot with my anxiety around going to the dentist.

This is the first dental office I have been able to maintain a relationship with for more than a couple of years because they go out of their way to be helpful and make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

As always, Lauren was hands down the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She puts my moderate to severe dental anxiety at ease. She works efficiently, is extremely thorough, is so kind and just an interesting person. The dentist is always very nice too. I love this dental office and they’ve made coming in 2-3 times a year pretty darn enjoyable.
