I've been with Bill and Teresa since they started out in business after college. They continue with the same set of values I have seen from the get-go. Today I had a different hygienist and after spending some time with her and getting my teeth cleaned, it just became apparent to me how those values still show through. She was proud to be working for Bill and Teresa as anyone should be who cares about what they do and wants a good process for employment.
Emily did an excellent job. She is an excellent person.

As a new patient with Shortt Dental I was highly satisfied with my new same-day permanent crown placement, cleaning, and an extremely helpful consultation for my wife's dental implant reconstruction. Dr. Therese, Dr. Christian and the support staff were all super friendly, personable, and proficient.

Finally left this practice after about 4 years, I’ve never had to have so much dental work “re-done” because of their poor dental practices. Dr Bill is aweful, from having to fix the same crown and fillings multiple times (on both myself and husband) that Bill did himself to a poorly placed implant that was so painful because he didn’t numb an area behind my tooth, just kept numbing the same spot over and over again, then blaming it on me. I left shaking in pain with him and his assistant acting like I was over reacting and clueless as to why it would hurt.
Glad I found a capable dentist who is able to fix the shotty work, re did the crown again and fixed the same filling again! No one should have to have the same work done 3 times.

I have been a lifelong client at Shortt Dentistry for over 30 years and have been through every procedure imaginable from cleanings to teeth implants. I have felt completely comfortable and confident in their abilities over the years. Watching how they have improved and grown, implementing the highest level of equipment and most importantly, the professionalism and comforting nature of the staff, also with the addition of their son and daughter in law into the practice clearly showed their values and determination to provide the best possible care imaginable while maintaining a family practice atmosphere.
Their hygienists are top tier and really try to get to know you. I have had quite a lot of teeth problems in my younger years and yes I have had a couple of anomalies over my many procedures, but they were always accommodating and quick to immediately resolve any issues that might have arose and were always able to help with emergency visits within a short notice.
