Took my handicapped SIL there. The front office staff was great. The dental assistants were excellent and did everything to try to make her comfortable. What didn't happen?? Less than 30 seconds total spent by the doc. Didn't say hello to her. Acted like she didn't exist- just a problem for him. Never even acknowledged her presence. Literally said he couldn't do anything and offered to give her a cleaning-- which if he had looked, he would have seen she didn't need.

So he basically just wanted her gone. Never asked if she was in pain-- which she was. So did NOTHING to help her at all. Also, because she is handicapped and in a facility, no oral surgeons will take her-- which was his last words to us. Mind you, she made not a sound, not a person, and did EVERYTHING as instructed for xrays. Had he taken more than the few seconds to actually talk to her, or do a thorough exam, he would have seen the extensive and expensive bridgework. Crowns she has- as she has no fear of the dentist and is a model patient. ABSOLUTELY JUDGED her terribly.

Im ashamed to have taken her there. She wasn't a cash vow- she made him uncomfortable-- I dont care what it was. He treated her as a sub-human unworthy of his help. I dont care if you go to him-- but you need to know what kind of "human" he is. I feel sorry for his staff. He doesn't care for them either or he would talk to rudely to them or put them in unnecessarily awkward positions. Truly dusgusting.

Steady lies on pricing. Said 75 with insurance max for a extraction that would be considered surgical. Turned aeound and charged 105. As if we were even prepared. This is not the first time they have lied about pricing and charged more than said before starting.

They have done jack shit to correct most issues they just make them worse. Debtist wont even answer basic questions. Example "what can i use to better my gum health?" Joke of a place. They screw my mom over and now my husband.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This dentist if fueled by greed. Get you in and out as fast as possible. I'm not sure who is leaving 5 star reviews but they must be family. I know multiple people who know to NOT go here. He drilled and filled my 10 yr old daughter (at the time) with no numbing. She is now petrified of dentists after I had made sure that she be comfortable going to the dentist. She loved the dentist prior to this.

A few yrs later, I had an emergency. This was the only place that would get me in immediately. Being in so much pain, I reluctantly went in for my appt where he drilled and filled so fast that he was finished by the time the hygienist came in. He filled 2 teeth together in a matter of about 60 seconds. I couldn't get floss in between them and he didn't completely fill one of them. Everyone else was great! The hygienists were very attentive and did good work.

This is the real best dentist office in the Sydney area. Sure the one near McDonald's has fancier tech but the dentists at Sidney Dental Associates actually give a damn. They give you honest and sincere advice, don't market you some 100 dollar toothbrush or something, and are intensely quick! I got my wisdom teeth all taken care of in the span of 45 minutes.

Sometimes there is a bit of waiting but given the short staff and small size of office that's to be expected. 9/10 service!
