I had an appointment scheduled for myself and my son. Our first appointment was for myself, last week. In the past I have gone to Mortenson's and in my entire adult life I have never been told that I have a cavity. When I went to Signature Smiles, I was told that I have SIX! During my first appointment, I also had to wait for a decent amount of time to be seen by the doctor. I was eventually told that my wait was due to an emergency. Even though I have never had to wait before due to an emergency, I understand.

. things happen. However, the following Thursday my son had an appointment. I was running a little late and called to check on their policy for patients that are running late and I was told that his appointment was cancelled due to ANOTHER emergency. They had just rescheduled my son's appointment to 1pm on a random week day in April (It is currently late February at the time of this post). The girl that I spoke to about this, told me that he didn't have a phone number associated to his appointment.

However, the day prior I called their office to confirm this appointment since I had not received the confirmation text message, like I had for my other appointments. Overall the communication needs improvement, and it is difficult to get an appointment to see a dentist in general. If you are looking for a reliable dentist office, I would highly recommend elsewhere.

Best dentist in the country hands down! First off, let me say, I genuinely do not like the dentist… The nosies and smells spook me and have since I can remember. Doctor B’s entire team has went over and beyond since day one to ensure I had the best, most comfortable experience, especially doctor B, Kat and Jeanetta.

If you don’t like the dentist like myself, this is the place for you! From crowns/fake teeth to root canals and cleanings, Signature Smiles has never disappointed!
