Dr. Sahasi fit me into a busy Friday schedule as a brand new patient for an emergency visit. She talked everything through with me, and even called me over the weekend to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind.

All the staff are very nice, except for the Dr, who acted like I was a nuisance for coming in. I hate to say anything bad about them but they are all incompetent at their jobs, no matter how friendly they are. I went in to have my front tooth fixed that was falling apart. I was told I had to have ALL my teeth pulled and get dentures. I was given NO information, NO options, NOTHING. She spent a total of 3 minutes with me and acted as though she didn't have time to fool with me.

Since they are the only place within 2 or 3 hours for poor people on a medical card I had no choice but to listen. I went to get them pulled, they rescheduled me because the dentist that pulls teeth had to be somewhere. I went back the second time, rescheduled me once again. Finally I made my appt at a certain time because he seemed to be so rushed at the end of the day and they LOST my dentures for 3 hours. So of course I had to sit there until they found them, right in the spot they were supposed to be. Somebody had put a note on the box that said 'can't find them' and it didn't occur to anyone for 3 hours to look for themselves.

So he pulled 17 teeth in 45 minutes, laughed and said "Is it lunchtime yet?" The aftermath of my experience are dentures that DO NOT FIT (I have to use actual putty to keep them in my mouth. The bottoms don't even touch my gums in the front). He perforated my sinus so I have a big hole in my gum that I can breathe through my nose from as well as expel various fluids, they chipped a chunk out of one of my teeth when they tried to adjust my dentures, I have a dime sized bone fragment in front of my bottom gums that I don't even know what to think about. This place is a butcher for poor people and hire the people that aren't good enough to work in a regular dentist office. But they seem like they're fine people otherwise, just do subpar work.

I usually have never had problems with this office. The staff is kind, helpful, and always super accommodating. However, I had an appointment today to fix a chipped tooth. I made the appointment specifically to fix this chipped tooth before I went on vacation. Instead when I arrived they started doing a teeth cleaning.

I asked if I would be getting my tooth fixed today and the RDH said no I’d have to make another appointment? They then proceeded to try to make my appointment for another month! I was in tears at this point and requested to have my appointment moved up ASAP. They kept reassuring me it wouldn’t take long at all to fix. So I don’t understand why it couldn’t be fixed in the office during my scheduled appointment time! The dentist did not even acknowledge my concerns when she checked my mouth. The receptionist kept saying it’s not noticeable and you can barely see it. Maybe to her it’s not a big deal, but to me it is! I’m really disheartened and sad with the experience today.

I usually love this place! I’m supposed to go back Thursday and have it fixed. Maybe my opinion will change on this place after that visit. I just want my tooth fixed!
