Crowns, root canals, fillings, etc. Who doesn't hate going to the dentist and I've been to a number of them. And I haven't gone for years dreading it. But it was time. Marc Silverman is hands down the best dentist around. He is quick and on point.
He has an excellent assistant, super nice as well as the receptionists. Good music. Text reminders for your appointments. If you hate going to the dentist or not Marc Silverman is your guy. You will not find one better.

I have been coming here for 2 years and from my experience I definitely do not recommend.. the lady that cleans my teeth is nice(but she just works there) the front desk and the people who work there or only worried about money and all of a sudden my insurance doesn't cover anything after 2 years. Way over priced. Didn't even get a care bag they always give when you leave

Awful experience with front desk personnel. After a job change MaryAnn told me they accepted my new insurance but then I receive a check in the mail because they in fact did NOT accept my insurance. Covid was hard so I understand the desperation to keep business but I am now having to jump through hoops with my insurance to get paid for a service that I was informed would be covered. I was very upset about being lied to and rather than being helpful Claudia informed me that if I wanted the money my fiancée paid them I should reach out to my insurance.
This is ridiculous and a situation I would not be dealing with if I had not been lied to from the beginning. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

BEWARE! If zero stars were available, that is the rating I would have given them. If you must visit this office, insist on Rick Silverman. Do not let Marc in the room with you! Do not trust any word that comes out of Mary Ann's mouth! I contacted this office by phone last year and spoke with Mary Ann. She was sweet as honey and sounded knowledgeable about insurance issues. Her knowledge is strictly aimed at extracting as many dollars from the patient as possible. Marc Silverman did an exam and recommended a 3 tooth bridge. I agreed and Mary Ann supposedly got it pre-approved by my insurance carrier. She didn't . Marc did the prep work, measured for the bridge and installed a temporary protective bridge.
I paid $3185 to Mary Ann at this point but questioned if it had been filed with my insurance. Her response was that it had. I balked at the out of pocket amount but reluctantly paid it anyway. Approximately 2 weeks later the temporary bridge failed. Luckily Marc was out of town so I GOT to see Rick. He said my teeth had moved and that the bridge, which had arrived, would not fit. He indicated that Marc would need to re-measure and order a new bridge. I made another appointment at which Marc manipulated the ill fitting bridge and installed it. It didn't feel right but I assumed it was because something foreign was in my mouth.
I called my insurance carrier (Anthem/Liberty) and they did not show any claim from the Silverman Dental office. A representative from Anthem/Liberty contacted Silverman Dental and got me a $1336 refund from Silverman. I went to another dentist who informed me that the bridge needed to be replaced- it was terribly wrong. I asked this dentist if he would make a statement to my insurance carrier- he declined (professionalism). At long last I contacted an attorney. She sympathized with my situation but said she could not take the case for reasons I won't state here. Once again, BEWARE of this dental office- especially Mary Ann and Dr. Marc Siverman.
