Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Mikhail was incredibly friendly and patient. He sat down with me to explain my situation, and what the options are for treatment going forward. I'm visiting from out of town so likely to go back to my regular doctor, but he still took the time to talk things through with me and make sure I understood what he was seeing. The nurses and hygienist were super professional but friendly. Lastly the front office admin setup shows how much they've thought about and invested in technology.

I booked the appointment online. All the registration forms are easy online. I received nice SMS reminders and a detailed COVID screening before entering the office. Super simple and fast. Really a great practice that makes me wish I lived in Barrie.

+1000 stars if I could. The dentist there is very very good. Was very patient with my fear of dental work, and very knowledgeable. Dr mikhal i believe is his name, very very good work he was very gentle and explained every step to me along the way.

An unpleasant incident happened today. We were 5 minutes late and our appointment was cancelled. The child was worried, preparing for the treatment. I understand that it is my fault to get stuck in a traffic jam after work and be late. But when I wait for the doctor for those same 5 minutes, no one counts my time.

I was seen at Simcoe Family Dentistry as an emergency patient after my dentist office of 45+ years refused to see me for a broken, infected and aching tooth. I was in extreme pain and when I called Simcoe Family Dentistry they made room for me to be seen within 3 hours! I was met by a very pleasant receptionist and then by a (just as pleasant) team consisting of a Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant and Dr. Mikhail. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful they ALL were.

Sympathetic, very accommodating, friendly and professional even though they were working through their lunch time!! My tooth was taken out and I was given a prescription, all within 45-50 minutes! This was also 100% covered by the government plan which I had always been charged extra. Before I left the office a follow up appointment was made for the following week. I'm telling ya. .

. with the amount of pain a toothache causes it was so very calming to be in the care of such a wonderful team. I have all the confidence in the world in recommending and/or referring this team to anyone!! Thank-you to all for doing your job(s) so perfectly!
