I have consistent issues with work being rushed and done poorly. I go in and wait around, then they do the work and take almost no feedback. The dentist and assistant discuss issues with my teeth with each other, and don't explain anything to me. When I needed a crown, they poked through to the pulp chamber and made me need a root canal as well.

I had cavities that needed to be done before the root canal, and they just went ahead and did them as I writhed in agony from the pain of the cold air and water on my sensitive tooth with a temporary crown. They constantly rest their hands and tools on my cheeks and lips in a way that pushes them onto my teeth, causing more pain. Last time I went in, after having some cavities, they were testing the bite and accidentally pushed my tongue in between my teeth before telling me to bite down and grind. Then just played it off like I had made a mistake.

And also only tested the bite once, meaning it still feels wrong and is causing pain. They keep their schedule so packed that missing an appointment means everything gets pushed back more than a month. AND, to top it off, their office has terrible cell service and no working guest wifi.

Negative review Dr Padilla gave me anesthesia injection for deep cleaning in the wrong tissue during the procedure. The administration affecting the pterygoid muscle and atrophy to the jaw, damaging the tissue with the diagnosis of intramuscular hematoma and trismus diagnose by Harborview oral maxillofacial clinic. Dr Padilla did not take responsibility for her actions and instead sent me with the wrong diagnosis of an infection which never happened. Her mistake has cost me painful days and nights for 5 months and many doctors’ appointments up to this day.

I will never go back to a doctor that does not care for the wellbeing of her patience at all. She does not care.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve been too. Padilla and her entire team are so incredible and caring. I have a fear of the dentist but this team will ensure you are taken care of without need of fear.
