I’ve been a repeat customer at this clinic, but after this experience, I’m done. I got a filling that left my tooth in pain, so I rebooked to have it checked. The first time, the doctor had an “emergency” and didn’t see me. The second time, they rescheduled. The third time, I waited 45 minutes and was still not seen.

I booked a fourth appointment 1 month in advance, hoping for better — but again, the doctor wasn’t available because of someone else’s emergency. They offered another dentist, but when I asked when, the front desk said, “I don’t know, you have to wait. ” The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. They treated me like an inconvenience, not a patient. My time was clearly not valued, and there was no apology or accountability.

For the price they charge, they should at least run on schedule and treat people with respect. When I mentioned how disorganized things were, a staff member said, “This isn’t a bakery, it’s a dental office. ” Exactly — and a dental office should know how to manage appointments. After weeks of pain and being treated so poorly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The doctor was absolutely incredible. Everything was done quickly, painlessly, and very professionally. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to all my friends!
