It is deeply concerning to address the unprofessional and unjust treatment my mother experienced during her time at a dental practice. As a dedicated dental hygienist, her work ethic was evident in her unwavering commitment to patients and her ability to positively impact their experiences. Her contributions were consistently recognized and appreciated by both patients and doctors, as reflected in numerous positive reviews mentioning her care and professionalism. Despite her dedication, the managing doctor, Dr.

Wood, not only failed to honor the agreed-upon employment contract by withholding timely payments but also dismissed her when she respectfully raised concerns about this breach of agreement. It is worth noting that an attorney has already reviewed the contract and confirmed its validity, making the refusal to pay her both unethical and unlawful. To compound matters, an unemployment claim was unfairly contested on the basis of an incident that did not reflect negligence or intentional harm on my mother’s part. She showed up to work consistently and performed her duties with care and dedication.

It is disheartening that someone so committed to her profession and patients could be treated in this manner. Such actions not only fail to reflect the values of a patient-centered practice but also highlight a disregard for ethical business practices. All my mother ever asked for was to be compensated as outlined in her contract—an expectation any professional has the right to uphold.

My daughter needed an extraction on her baby tooth. The dentist and their beautiful women energy made her feel super comfortable. She relaxed enough for them to yank the tooth. I've been a patient of Dr woods a long time. Her staff along with herself are always very efficient, do an amazing job at dentistry and most of all make you feel comfortable. Thank you for everything as always.
