I had an exceptional experience today during my dental appointment, and I want to personally thank Leatrice for making it truly outstanding. This was by far the best visit I’ve ever had at a dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a. m. , and Leatrice greeted me right on time with a warm and welcoming smile.

She kindly walked me to the treatment area, gave me a few moments to settle in, and even offered to let me watch a show on Netflix during the procedure — a thoughtful touch that helped me feel more at ease. Throughout the cleaning, Leatrice explained everything clearly and calmly, ensuring I understood each step. She regularly checked in on my comfort and pain levels and handled the entire procedure with a gentle and efficient approach. I experienced little to no discomfort, which was amazing . After the cleaning, she thoroughly reviewed the condition of my gums and teeth and recommended an electric toothbrush and water flosser — both of which I’ve since purchased and now use daily.

Her knowledge and genuine care should be recognized. There is a huge difference between someone who is really good at a job and someone who truly loves what they do. The sky is the limit, and I truly do wish you the best! Leatrice is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and comforting. I genuinely look forward to my next visit. Thank you for providing the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Everyone here is SO amazing! From scheduling my appointment with Mary Chris, to my cleaning with Oksana, and seeing Dr. Patel, it was such a smooth experience. I always have such a great experience at Skyline Smiles in West Loop! The front desk is always super pleasant whether I’m calling to set-up an appointment, or checking in when I arrive. The hygienists are always really thorough and make me feel at ease. I traditionally see Dr.

Patel, and she is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic approach. As someone that has typically had dental anxiety, I can say that I’ve felt more comfortable at Skyline Smiles in West Loop than I have at any other dental office. Thank you!

The administrative staff is excellent, whether you're scheduling an appointment, asking about insurance benefits, or setting up a payment plan with Lauren, the office manager – they've got you covered every step of the way. As for the dental care, my family and I absolutely love Dr. Ned, Dr. Patel, and our hygienist, Leatrice.
