Dr. Ali Shakib is an experienced, meticulous, and friendly professional. He took the time to explain every detail of my procedure with patience, ensuring I was well-informed throughout. I had an issue with my implant and was at risk of losing my crown, but thanks to his expertise, he not only fixed the implant problem but also saved my crown.

I had another truly amazing experience with Dr. Ali Shakib. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and positive energy of the entire team. Dr. Shakib is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He began by taking a clear picture of the problem area and explained everything in detail—what the issue was, why it happened, and exactly what needed to be done to fix it. His explanation was easy to understand and made me feel completely informed and comfortable with the treatment plan.

What really stood out to me was how much care he puts into making sure his patients are involved in the process. After the procedure, he took another picture and showed me the results, clearly pointing out what he had done. It was amazing to see the before-and-after and to know exactly how the issue was resolved. This level of transparency and patient education is something you don’t often find, and it made me trust his work even more. The staff were just as impressive—polite, professional, and very welcoming. They create a relaxed and positive atmosphere that really puts you at ease. The entire visit was smooth and efficient, yet never rushed.

You can tell that everyone there takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Shakib is a true professional with an exceptional team, and I can’t recommend them enough.
