Hands down the best dentist around! I've been recommending this place since we started going here. We continue to have the best experience and care from all the staff members involved. They are always making sure to schedule around what is most convenient for us.

The check in process is super smooth everytime. They even send us our forms to be completed ahead of time online, and most of the information is already saved which saves us a bunch of time and hassle. Both of my boys love going here so much!!! We're already looking forward to our next appointment :)

We’ve taken our kids here for years, and are very sad this will be the last time. Dr. Rick is fantastic, and we will still recommend him highly. We did have one bad kind of icky experience a few years ago, where our son overhead the hygienist talking badly about his baby sister’s behavior. (It was her first time and she was nervous and fussing. ) It made my son feel very uncomfortable to hear that.

But we’ve always been very happy, so we ignored it. But this time, the rudeness came from the finanacial coordinator, and it was pretty inexcusable. We do not have dental insurance so we’ve always made payments, or taken them up on their offer to save a percentage if we pay it all up front. Unbeknownst to us, they have changed their policy and no longer accept payment plans. I certainly understand, and while inconvenient and unfortunate for us, cannot complain because was very kind of them to begin with to always work with us and in no way should be expected. However, this time we were caught unprepared as we did not know of the change in policy.

And she did everything but flat out call my husband a liar. She told him we clearly knew that they don’t take payments, because we paid in full last time, (how does that equate to us knowing? Sometimes we pay in full, sometimes we are not able to), made some sarcastic sounds, and shrugged her shoulders and said they will be sending us to collections and good bye. Huh? Honestly, I’m not upset with any of the policy changes, it’s the callousness and superiority with which it was all delivered. Her paycheck isn’t on the line, so why get so offended and angry at our ignorance of the change?

My son chipped his two front teeth. They did not hesitate to get him in quickly and then quickly again for repairs. He is on the younger and of many children. We have been so fortunate to be able to have seen Dr. Rick and Dr.

Best. As patients of Small World Children’s Dentistry for almost 20 years and having been to many other pediatric dentists in the past, I can tell you this place is top notch! I have multiple children with disabilities and I have never known more caring and wonderful staff. Dr. Rick and his crew are beyond incredible and easily best in probably the world!
