Miss Ashley and Dr Best made my son’s visit exceptional. He is decidedly “strong-willed,” and I was so nervous about how the appointment would go. Honestly I got a bit choked up when I realized I had nothing to worry about and the team here would take care of us. He even asked me when he could go back to the dentist! Everything about this facility from the time you walk through the front door to entering an exam room was completely child based and my daughter was SO comfortable and it was her first time at the facility! The staff were all very pleasant and very good with my daughter ! They made her feel comfortable, they made her laugh and helped her understand each step of what they were going to be doing! Amazing facility!

My child has been going to Small Worlds Children's Dentistry for a few years now and I can't express how impressed we were with the experience and staff. The staff always greets us with warm smiles and a genuine kindness that put both me and my child at ease. The environment is bright and welcoming, designed specifically for kids, which helps reduce any anxiety they may have about visiting the dentist. What truly stood out was how caring and gentle the staff were throughout the entire process.

They took the time to explain each step to my child in a way that was easy to understand, making the experience feel more like an adventure and they tailored it to my sons interest. My child actually looks forward to going, and even when it came time to get a cavity removed, the dental team was incredibly supportive and reassuring.

Today was my daughter’s first appointment at Pewaukee Small World Dentistry as a 3 year old and it was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about our experience and how welcomed we felt. I’m a bit jealous that I can’t go there and have Ms. Julie work on my teeth! She was so great with my daughter and exceeded my expectations. Very Patient and Kind. Very thorough work. You can tell Ms. Julie genuinely likes what she does and has love for kids.

At the end I believe the dentist name was Mr. Rick. He came into the room to check my daughter’s teeth and X-rays, although it was a quick interaction, he made sure to greet me and my daughter, talk with us over things and explain. He also was very patient and kind. Can’t wait to comeback in 6 months for my daughters second appointment! waiting room is nice and clean, Receptionists were kind and got the job done as well.
