They are extremely patient, I had to call to make an emergency appointment luckily they were able to fit me in the next day , we weren’t guaranteed any solution but more so to see what’s the underlying issue . We got there and was called in within 20 min, my daughter ended up having to have 2 tooth extractions which they were able to do for us same day luckily. My daughter ended up having a meltdown they were very patient and understanding(she’s 8)They talked my Kid through every step to calm her down and explain what they were doing .

Overall great experience this is my second time coming here, procedure was quick and painless (more fear than anything) and the wait wasn’t bad. I was referred here by friends that all take their children here also.

I absolutely fell in love with this place what was suppose to be a place we visited for a second opinion is now going to be long term care for our son. They are all so very professional, kind , patient, most importantly honest, and the process my son went through for a tooth extraction was absolutely amazing the process was quick and smooth I didn’t even realize his tooth was out and my son was so quiet and calm for a 4 year old.

Love it and highly recommend this office!

We had an amazing experience at Small World Dental! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. The office is bright, kid-friendly, and designed to make children feel comfortable. The dentists and hygienists were wonderful with my child, explaining everything in a gentle and reassuring way. They took their time to ensure she felt safe, and their approach was perfect for kids who might feel anxious about dental visits.

I especially appreciate how knowledgeable they are about working with children who need extra care and attention. They went above and beyond to make the experience positive, and I left feeling confident that my child’s dental health is in the best hands. Horrible dentist office horrible front desk. They never have appointments. they gave me an appointment for 9 am but said sent an email 9-9:30 I went 9:10 made it an issue waited till 10:30 wasn’t seen because I would have to wait till all there patients are done.

Now the care issue I had taken her in April 23 there was no mention she was getting her adult teeth and over crowding might occur I brought her in because they came out and the front are over crowding. Now I need to find a new dentist that actually knows how to be proactive about there patients.
