When I called to discuss rescheduling an appointment for myself and my husband the receptionist seemed to have an attitude and was overall unhelpful. We wanted to reschedule yet still got charged $50 without notice after explaining our situation. The person on the phone was rude about the charge and I just wanted to add the charge as a credit rather than refunding it but they said "we won't do that".

I will choose another provider.

I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen, who did a back molar crown for me. She is smart, kind, meticulous and is the kind of person you know got straight A's in school. She also managed to make my bite afterwards perfect. She's attractive and has a great sense of humor, which put me at ease, but mostly I was really impressed with what a skillful dentist she is. My back tooth had cracked, and the filling had come out. It was actually a complicated close to needing a root canal situation.

Dr. Nguyen did the crown work quickly and expertly, and managed to spare me any pain, which was a great relief. I normally have a lot of anxiety with dental pain, and the numbing stuff tends to wear off, but she was very careful in preventing me from having pain. The entire experience could not have gone any better. She is that good. Thank you.
