been going here for about 2 years. long story short. i had a crown that they wanted to replace because there was a crack in it. so they replaced it and about a month later the crown came loose and had a hole in it. i called to see if i could get compensation because insurance would not cover a replacement.

the office refused to give me anything unless i came in. i had moved to virginia and would have had to drive almost 5 hrs for them to look at it and then MAYBE they would consider giving me a refund. over 2 months later i can’t even file a quality of service complaint with the insurance company bc they haven’t completed the claim due to missing x-rays from the dentist Regardless if I didn’t “FINISH TREATMENT,” there should NOT BE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CROWN. POOR DENTAL SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was a long time customer in the past. 2 years ago they advised me to come in and have my teeth treated as an emergency. I restated to them that my insurance was going to end in 2 days and I had an emergency as I broke my tooth. They invited me in assuring it would be no problem. I went in they checked it and told me to come back as they were closing due to being closing hours. My question is why the hell would you bring me in knowing my insurance is going to expire when I made it clear that if there is nothing that can be done do not waste my time.

Unfortunately for me, they went ahead and not only gotten my hopes up to be serviced but left me with this damage for 2 years. I will NEVER go back, and Never recommend then to anyone. It didn't take me long to find a dentist who actually cares and listens. Best of luck to you all and avoid these guys.

This has been my favorite experience at the dentist. They are quick and efficient- had 3 fillings done in under 30 minutes! They are transparent about pricing which is rare at a doctors office. Dr Desai is amazing. She’s very patient and gives honest feedback about needed treatments. I am so happy to have found this place and would highly recommend coming here.

I have had good work done here, though they’ve been a little less than up front about how much my dental coverage covered vs. how much I would have to pay for some things. Still, I might have otherwise rated them 3 or 4 stars. But my low rating comes in particular from the fact that I moved out of the Pompton Lakes area more than five years ago, and though I have told them more than once that I no longer live in the area (now, more than two hundred miles away), I still get calls from them (the latest being three days before posting this review), sometimes at awkward times that have woken me up, bugging me to make an appointment with them.

It’s like signing up for a subscription service that makes it impossible to unsubscribe. Utterly annoying.
