It’s not always an easy thing to ponder or actually take a specific action about a professional practice or practitioner especially when you’re not used to doing such. Or if you’ve never written a review as such but here goes. At first visit over a year ago I found the office to be clean but not just clean inviting. The staff, including every associate was over accommodating. It was clear they wanted my confidence my comfort and not just address my concerns but exceed my expectations. Clearly this was accomplished. These statements are being made by a person who has had nightmare experiences with professional dentist.

I did relate past experiences which happened and at my very first visit all apprehensions were put to rest. The professionalism of Every person, especially my doctor Squire can be compared to no one. Other practitioners and practices should use their offices and staff as an example in Excellence! Every person every associate at this practice does not just be attentive to your dental needs but they first and foremost are attentive to you the person. Not just the patient. They actually LISTEN to you and they Hear you. You’re not rushed in and out and feel like a number being serviced within a certain time frame. However long it takes is however long it takes.

The entire time you are there you are made to feel like nothing is more important than you. Every consideration for your feelings are listened too, asked about, making sure you are comfortable , not be in pain, and it is always Always, professional, friendly and never impatient. You are the most important person in the room when you go. Going to these doctors offices is like going home and getting well wishes and attention from friends and family. The most important thing is their professionalism and commitment to you as a patient.

Big shout out to Jen my hygienist been going to her for years. She does a great job cleaning my teeth and makes me feel very comfortable. Also a big shout out to Dr. Folck my Dentist, she does a great job always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff at smile by design is great also.

Dr. Santos has always been the best dentist—even when I haven’t exactly been the easiest patient. She’s skilled, patient, and genuinely cares. I always recommend her to anyone who asks me for a referral even though I skip years between visits.
