COSTUMER SERVICE VERY BAD, MORE WITH THE DENTIST LADY RUDE COULDNT EVEN HELP ME SIGN A DOCUMENT URGENTLY NEEDED JUST BECAUSE IT WAS IN SPANISH SO I HAD TO GET A FRONT DESK LADY TO HELP ME, WITH THE DOCUMENT & WELL DID.. DESCRIMINATION DOESNT GO FOR ME.. RUDE RUDE RUDE DENTIST dont even smile or greet patients the right way lazy ass worker !

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Do not go to this dentist if you have the choice. For my first appointment, I waited 3 hours to be seen. When I was in the chair they told me the dentist I scheduled my appointment with was out and that was the cause of the delay. The dentist was rough and impatient.

I’m now at my second appointment, arrived before my 10:30 appointment time, and they told me there are 4 people ahead of me. And that the dentist hasn’t even arrived at the office. He plans to arrive by 11.

they lady name is ms. roy she talks to her patients and co workers rude and talk to us like were children she doesn’t have communication within her patients she left something in my mouth and left to work on another patient i was literally gagging. i thought when you come to a dentist you will fell comfortable towards staff that lady is a bully and need to be fired.

the lady before i left was offering to clean my teeth cause she saw build up and the lady MS. ROY told her no and they so unprofessional how i was coming to get my permanent crown and they file my teeth and wait till after to tell me im getting a temporary one that will break in no time and that my permanent crown will come in three weeks like where is the communication…overall everybody else is okay they just doing their jobs and are nice
