Very comfortable with Dr. Chang. Followed her from her previous place of work and trust her and her advice regarding my teeth. She did a great job with my new implants and I will continue to visit for future cleanings and dental work. Friendly and attentive staff as well!

I went to smile concept for a check up! Right away I could tell the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, then I was sat in the back, and the dental assistant was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable at all times, she let me listen to music. Then explained their routine, the dental assistant was very delicate with me, then the doctor came in.

She was very very kind, she explained in detail my treatment and did a wonderful job with my dental cleaning. I have to say this is most definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a dental office!! I definitely recommend this place!

I've visited many dentists in my past, but I have to say that Smile Concept is the best one I've been to by far. Dr. Monica Chang and her staff are the nicest and friendliest people I have met in the industry.

They do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Before any of the procedures, the treatments are explained to you in a very easy-to-understand way, along with the costs associated. As for the procedures, I honestly didn't feel it at all and before I knew it, she was finished! I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I'm excited for the next visit to my dentist :)

Great 1st time experience here for pediatric dental for my 3 year old. Both front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Jennice was very nice and nurse assistant was super catering and allowed my daughter to ease into her visit by letting her watch Netflix and get familiar with dental chair. Very clean space and Dr Chang was super sweet and nice.

My daughter was scared and nervous but they did a fluoride treatment and ended with lollipop and toy. Highly recommend for kids and babies.
