I will give 0 stars if I could. Overcharged nearly $2000. 00 on my families treatment. Thank god I decided to look at the Explanation of Benefits that the insurance sends that I usually throw away. Anyways, Supervisor never called back. After about a month and a half of headaches, I got my money back.

They still owe me 250. 00 that according to them is my deductible but according to my insurance, deductibles goes towards your co-insurance/out of pocket expense. But they can keep that money. My time is worth more than that.

Unfortunately this place cant even keep a simple appointment. I set up an appointement last week in person and when i arrived they claimed i had no appointment set. I marked it on my calendar and got there and they acted as if they did nothing wrong. Glad I found a good dentist in the area! >>>> Not them.

They were more interested in pricing out issues that i dont even have and all i needed was a checkup and teeth cleaning which is all covered by my insurance. I will also be changing my son's dentist because of this experience.

My experience here has been great! My treatment has been a long one and every time I came in, I was given the best care. Treatment was explained and I was given choices. The customer service is amazing, trust me, am in health care too, so I can tell good service! And this place has exactly that.

Not to mention names, the whole staff is awesome! I didn't have insurance but staff was very helpful in coming up with a payment plan that worked for me. Staff always finds a way to make the patient happy and comfortable! I really recommend this place for all your dental needs. I came here without a smile and I left with a bright one!

I never asked for this appointment for my son, we didn’t show up, yet they are still billing insurance. I requested imaging for both of my sons to transfer to a different dentist closer to home in July and August. Someone from Gaithersburg office still made additional appointments for today without my consent. I had to request imaging again, and cancel the appointments for today.

I finally received the images today, however they billed my insurance without giving any care to either children. Now my sons can’t have the care they need.
