I'd like to share my VERY POSITIVE experience with Smile Design in Binbrook. I had some extensive work done having a partial plate put in and everything was perfect. My dentist and staff was so pleasant and helpful and the dentistry services were exemplary. Plus it was fun to just chat with all of them and get to know them. I'm genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews for this place. At my last visit in December of 2024, I was booked for a one-hour appointment, but my teeth were only cleaned for about 35 minutes—yet I was charged for the full hour, since the hygienest was talking so much, it took us to an hour. When I followed up by phone and email to address this, I was met with vague excuses and no resolution. I also mentioned sensitivity and minor pain in specific areas during various visits, which were overlooked.

Not long after, I saw a different dentist who discovered severe cavities that required two fillings and a root canal. I strongly believe these issues could have been identified and addressed earlier had I received proper care at Smile Design. Smile design responded to my review saying they don't have records of my name or visit. I only have my nickname as my Google account, so of course they wouldn't have record of my nickname, and I'm not sharing my full name and contact information on a google review.

This was an disappointing response from smile design as usual.
