So bad that I am leaving my first review ever on Google! This clinic is not professional at all, from the dentist to the receptionist. We regret coming here. The dentist insisted on pulling out my kid’s loose baby tooth. He just did it with floss and then charged us almost $200 for a tooth extraction! Cannot believe it. The receptionist was also rude.

I think that most reviews are written when someone is angry. My wife and I are both very happy with the care we received. Problems with my teeth that I bore for a long time without knowing that they can be resolved were addressed. The process was explained to me and the work on my teeth was done. After a long time I am pain free and enjoying my food.

I enjoyed this place for about 4 years. I started missing appointments and decided I needed to return to get back into my regular cleaning. I use to be in and out of the chair for a cleaning in 8 minutes. I always was told be the dentist my teeth are very clean. Upon return and not having using my dental insurance in a sometime.

While in the chair the receptionist said something in Vietnamese to the doctor after confirming how much funds available for my insurance for cleaning and he decided that now I need to get a needle and a deep clean. Which he never had to do this before to me, not even my first visit when I have not seen the dentist in years. Now all of a sudden I need a needle and a deep clean because I have enough on my insurance and it will renew for cleaning the next year. I almost got out of the chair to leave but I stayed. The people are nice and I always feel welcome when I come here but after this, the good welcomes goes out the window making me have a unneeded experience just to get the money.

I am writing this review because I was tempted to return because I need a cleaning now but decided to go someplace else and write this review while reading others. BTW after the cleaning I still did not have any cavities.
